Ce sont de délicieux samoussas au poulet mariné au curry!<br />

Dans un saladier, préparer la marinade:<br />

- 3 cuillères à soupe de miel<br />
- 3 cuillères à soupe de curry en poudre<br />
- 4 goûtes de tabasco<br />
- 4 cuillères à soupe de sauce soja (sauce à sushis)<br />
- le jus d'un citron<br />
- sel poivre<br />

Couper 2 gros filets de poulet en petits dès et les mettre à mariner 1/2 journée.<br />
<br />
Une fois marinés, mettre les morceaux de poulet dans une poële quelques minutes pour saisir la viande, mais ne pas la cuire plus de 10 min.<br />

<br />
J'ai donc réalisé des petites verrines de fraises au sucre (pas de photos, j'ai oublié :$ ) et deux sortes de cupcakes.<br />
<br />
<u>Vanille et Framboise:</u><br />
<u><br /></u><br />
Ingrédients pour 10 cupcakes:<br />
<br />
- 125 gr de farine<br />
- 125 gr de sucre semoule<br />
- 125 gr de beurre fondu<br />
- 2 oeufs<br />
- 1 cuillère à soupe d'extrait de vanille<br />
- 1 cuillère à café de levure chimique<br />
- 20 framboises<br />
<br />
pour le glaçage royal:<br />
<br />
- 1 blanc d'oeuf<br />
- 180 gr de sucre glace<br />
- 1 goûte de colorant rose en gel (facultatif)<br />
- 1 goûte d'arôme de framboise (facultatif)<br />
- 10 framboises fraîches.<br />

<br />
Faire fondre le beurre au micro onde, y ajouter le sucre puis la farine et la levure et enfin les oeufs et l'extrait de vanille.<br />
Mettre un peu de l'appareil au fond des caissettes, poser deux framboises et remplir aux 3/4 des caissettes.<br />
Enfourner à 180°C pendant 25 min (à surveiller car tout dépend des fours).<br />
<br />
Préparez le glaçage:<br />
<br />
Dans un saladier, versez le sucre glace et le blanc d'oeuf puis mélangez au fouet. Ajoutez une pointe de colorant rose (juste un peu pour un effet pastel) et 1 goûte d'arôme framboise.<br />
<br />
Une fois les cupcakes cuits et refroidis, disposez le glaçage royal dessus et au centre posez une framboise.<br />
<br />
Réservez au frais. Quand le glaçage a durci, c'est prêt! ;)<br />
<br />
Voilà le résultat. Pas de photos de l'intérieur mais croyez moi, ils sont succulents!!<br />

Pour le galçage, j'ai utilisé une boîte de cream cheese Philadelphia au Milka. (un peu sucré à mon goût)</div>

Faire fondre le beurre et le chocolat au micro onde. Battre les oeufs avec le sucre et la farine. Incorporer le chocolat et le beurre aux oeufs, sucre et farine. Ajoutez les noix de pécan concassées.</div>

Remplir les caissettes et cuire à 180°C pendant 20 à 25 minutes. (Le coeur doit être encore un peu coulant il se figera).</div>

Faire fondre le chocolat avec le mascarpone.</div>

Battre les oeufs avec le sucre puis la farine.</div>

Verser dans un moule et cuire 20 min à 200°C.</div>

<span style="color: #741b47; font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">J'ai fait revenir 1/2 poivron rouge avec un filet d'huile d'olive. J'y ai ensuite ajouté une petite boîte de maïs égoutée, un peu d'ail et d'oignon. Y rajouter les aiguillettes de poulet et laisser dorer. Arroser de 5cl de crème liquide puis ajouter du piment de cayenne en poudre (selon les goût, moi j'aime quand ça pique!) et terminer par un peu de lait de coco pour adoucir un peu la sauce. Je dresse avec du riz thaï que j'ai présenté en dôme. Et oualllaaaaaa! Simple, rapide et bon!</span><br />
